A town that empties in May and fills in August.
Gainesville is two markets that share a zip code. There is the university — more than fifty thousand students, plus staff and visiting families, who arrive, search, order and leave on a calendar nobody else in Florida runs on. And there is the county around it: farms, apiaries, trades, clinics and shops in Alachua, Newberry, High Springs and Micanopy whose customers were here before the semester and will be here after.
Most marketing advice is written for neither. It assumes a city that is the same size in June as in October, and a customer who searches in one language and stays. The work here is timed to the semester, written for both audiences, and built so that a business is found by the family driving in from Jacksonville for a game as easily as by the neighbour who has always known it.
We are based here. Part of the team is at the University of Florida; the rest of the company is in Doral, in Miami-Dade. That is the whole state covered from two ends, and it is why most of what we have built so far is within twenty minutes of campus.
Four things, in the order a Gainesville business usually needs them.
Websites
Fast, multilingual, owned by you. Service sites, shops with ordering, booking sites. Most of the sites on this page were built from Gainesville.
See the service →Local SEO
The map pack for "near me" searches across Gainesville and Alachua County — citations, area pages, reviews, tracking you can verify in Search Console.
See the service →Google Business Profile
Categories, hours that change with the semester, photos, posts, and the suspensions and duplicates that quietly kill a listing.
See the service →Reviews and reputation
Collecting reviews the honest way, replying in the language each was written in, and knowing what can and cannot be done about a bad one.
See the service →Social media, short-form video, ads and AI search visibility are on the full service list. Farms and producers have a page of their own, because the calendar is different again.
Three local businesses, live and yours to click through.
Each is written up on the work page with what was broken and what was done. None of them had a budget for photography, an agency or a marketplace commission; all of them now take orders directly.
Jensen's Honey
Site, shop and checkout for a family apiary. Raw honey sold directly, found by people searching for honey rather than only by people who know the name.

Ducky's Farm
What is in stock this week, an order that works on a phone, and where the truck is today — plus the Google groundwork underneath.

MiBoru Cookies
A storefront for a one-person kitchen whose orders used to arrive as Instagram messages. The brand runs on drawn panels and short films instead of stock photos.

In person across Alachua County and the neighbouring towns. Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa Bay are each about two hours from here or less, and we take clients there as well — see websites and local SEO for how we cover the rest of the state.
What Gainesville owners ask us.
Are you actually in Gainesville?
Yes. Part of the team is in Gainesville and at the University of Florida, the other part is in Doral in Miami-Dade. Three of the sites on this page are for businesses in Alachua County, and we meet local clients in person.
What does a website cost in Gainesville?
The same as anywhere else we work: a fixed quote after a free audit, depending on whether you need a simple service site, a shop with ordering or a booking site. We do not price by zip code. The audit is free and comes with a written report either way.
My business depends on the students. Does that change the plan?
Completely, and it is the thing most out-of-town agencies miss. A Gainesville business has a calendar with a cliff in May and a wall in August, and the search and advertising work has to be timed to it: build visibility before move-in, hold on reviews and the Google profile through summer, and never spend a marketing budget in June on an audience that has gone home.
Do you work with farms and producers around Alachua County?
It is where we have the most experience. An apiary, a no-spray farm with a food truck and a made-to-order bakery are all live clients, and the farm playbooks on the site were written from that work. See the farms and makers page for how we approach a season.
What about Ocala, High Springs, Lake City?
All within our normal range from Gainesville. Ocala, Newberry, Alachua, High Springs, Micanopy, Archer, Lake City and Palatka are places we drive to; Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa are each under two hours and we take clients there too.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes — English, Spanish and Russian day to day, Italian and French when a client needs them. Gainesville searches less in Spanish than Miami does, but the share is growing, and a site that exists in both languages is indexed for both.
Find out what a Gainesville customer sees before they call.
A five-page look at the site, the Google profile, the reviews and how the business shows up in search and AI answers. Two days, no sales call, no cost — and we can bring it over in person.
