WEBSITES

A website that turns a visit into a call, an order or a booking.

Web design for Florida's independent businesses — fast on a phone, written in the languages your customers search in, and owned by you. Built in Gainesville and Doral; serving Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando and Miami.

Who this is for

Businesses whose website has one job.

A contractor needs the phone to ring. A farm needs the order placed. A spa needs the appointment booked. A law office needs the referred client to find the right partner's biography in ten seconds on a phone. None of them needs a slideshow, a mission statement or a page that takes nine seconds to load. We build the version with one job and do that job properly.

What the work is

Three kinds of site, and the groundwork every one of them needs.

Service-business sites

Five to fifteen pages for a contractor, a clinic, a firm, a salon: what you do, where you do it, who you are, and a way to reach you on every screen. The pages Google needs for the map, written so a person actually reads them.

Shops and ordering

Products or a menu, a cart that works on a phone, pickup or delivery rules, and a checkout through the payment system you already use. No marketplace commission on your own customers.

Booking and intake

Appointments, deposits, enquiry forms that land in your inbox and your calendar, and the follow-up message that goes out on its own. Wired to what you run today rather than replacing it.

Rebuilds

Keeping what works — the addresses Google already ranks, the content people arrive for — and replacing what is slow, broken or ugly. Redirects are part of the job; a rebuild that loses your traffic has failed.

Multilingual, properly

English, Spanish, Russian as standard; Italian and French when needed. Written in each language, not translated, with separate indexable pages per language and the right signals so Google shows the Spanish page to the Spanish search.

The groundwork underneath

Speed on cellular data. LocalBusiness and Service schema. Titles and descriptions written for what people type. Search Console and analytics wired so you can see where every lead came from. Pages an AI assistant can read and quote.

A site on its own is half the job. Being found is the other half — see local SEO and Google Business Profile, which is where most new sites quietly fail.

What it costs

A fixed quote, after we have looked.

A five-page site for a service business, a shop with ordering and a booking site tied to your payment system are three different jobs, and we will not pretend they cost the same. The free audit tells us which one you need and what can be kept from what you have; the quote that follows is fixed, in writing, and does not grow once we start.

Two things are always true. You own the site and the code outright, and the domain is yours. And hosting is arranged so that it costs you nothing or close to it — we do not build on platforms that charge rent on your own pages.

If you want the site as part of the whole — search, Google profile, reviews, social — the Founding 15 offer includes a website in one monthly fee, locked for a year.

How we work

Four stages.

1

Free audit

What your current site does and does not do, measured: speed on a phone, what Google has indexed, where visitors leave, what competitors show. Written down, yours to keep either way.

2

Content first

Pages, words, photos and the languages — agreed before any design. This is the slow part and the part that decides whether the site works, so it comes first.

3

Build and launch

Design, build, your review, redirects from the old addresses, tracking wired, Search Console connected. Launched on your domain, in your name.

4

Care, if you want it

Hours, menus, prices and pages change; so do Google's rules. Monthly care keeps the site current and the search groundwork moving — or you take it and run it yourself.

Where we do this

Web design across Florida, from two bases.

We work from Gainesville and from Doral in Miami-Dade. Most of the sites above are for businesses in Alachua County; the rest of our clients are in South Florida. From those two bases we build for Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando, Tampa and St. Petersburg, and anywhere else in the state where the business has an address and customers who search for it.

A site is built remotely in any case. What matters is that we know the market: which neighbourhoods search in Spanish, what a farm stand's season looks like, what a Gainesville business is competing with when the students leave in May.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what the site has to do. A five-page site for a service business, a shop with online ordering, and a booking site wired to your payment system are three different jobs, and we do not pretend they cost the same. We quote after the free audit, from what your business actually needs, and the quote is fixed — no hourly surprises. The Founding 15 offer includes a website in the monthly fee.

How long does it take?

A straightforward site: three to four weeks from the day we have your content and photos. A shop or booking site: six to eight. The slowest part is almost always the content, so we start on that first.

Do I own the site?

Yes. The site and its code are yours, the domain is in your name or transferred to you whenever you ask, and if you ever leave you take the whole thing with you. We do not build on a platform that charges you rent to keep your own pages.

What platform do you build on?

Fast, static sites that load on a phone on cellular data, hosted on infrastructure that costs you nothing or close to it. Where a shop, a booking flow or a customer account is needed, we add exactly that and no more. We will tell you before we start if your situation genuinely calls for Shopify, Squarespace or WordPress instead — sometimes it does.

Can you rebuild my existing site instead of starting over?

Usually, and often that is the better answer. We keep what works, keep the addresses Google already knows, and replace what is slow or broken. A rebuild that loses your existing search traffic is a failed rebuild, so redirects and the old URLs are part of the job.

Do you build in Spanish?

Yes — English, Spanish and Russian as a matter of course, Italian and French when a client needs them. Each language is written, not run through a translator, and each has its own pages that Google can index separately.

What about after launch?

A site is finished the day it launches and out of date a month later. We offer ongoing care — hosting, updates, changes to hours and menus and prices, and the Google groundwork around it — as a monthly arrangement, or you take the site and run it yourself.

Do you work outside Miami?

Across Florida. We are based in Doral and in the Gainesville area, and most of the sites below are for businesses in Alachua County. A site is built remotely in any case; what matters is that we know the market the business sells into.
