The biggest city on the map, searched one neighbourhood at a time.
Since the city and Duval County merged in 1968, Jacksonville has covered more ground than any other city in the continental United States. That is a fact about the map, and the map is where local search happens: Google ranks its map results mostly by distance, so a business on the Westside and one at the Beaches are competing for different customers even when they search for the same thing. "Jacksonville" is not one market for a plumber, a dentist or a restaurant. Riverside, San Marco, Mandarin, Arlington, the Southside and the Beaches each are.
The customers change faster than in most cities, too. The Navy brings families in and out of NAS Jacksonville, Mayport and Kings Bay on their own schedule, and St. Johns County to the south has been one of the fastest-growing in the state. A new arrival has no neighbour to ask: they choose from search results, map pins and the last ten reviews. A business that has been good for twenty years and looks quiet online loses that customer to one that simply looks current.
We work Jacksonville from Gainesville, an hour and a half down I-10, and from Doral in Miami-Dade. The clients shown below are in those two places; the First Coast is where we are taking the same work next.
Four things, in the order a Jacksonville business usually needs them.
Websites
Fast on a phone, readable by search engines and AI assistants, owned by you. Service sites, shops with ordering, booking sites — with a page for each part of the city you actually serve.
See the service →Local SEO
The map pack in the neighbourhoods where your customers are, citations that agree with each other, and rankings you can check yourself in Search Console.
See the service →Google Business Profile
Categories, service areas, photos, posts and answers to the questions a new arrival asks — plus the suspensions and duplicates that quietly take a listing down.
See the service →Reviews and reputation
A steady flow of recent reviews collected the honest way, every one answered, and a clear view of what can and cannot be done about a bad one.
See the service →Social media, short-form video, ads and AI search visibility are on the full service list. Contractors and home-service trades have a page of their own.
Three free checks worth running first.
No sign-up, nothing to install. They are the same checks we run in an audit; the rest are on the tools page.
Can AI read your site?
Whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google can actually read what your site says — in under a minute.

Our home base is Gainesville; on the Gulf side we cover Tampa Bay.
What Jacksonville owners ask us.
Are you based in Jacksonville?
We are based in Gainesville, about an hour and a half west, and in Doral in Miami-Dade. Jacksonville is within our normal driving range: we come in for the kickoff and for anything better done in person, and the build itself — site, profile, reviews — is done remotely in any case.
What does web design cost in Jacksonville?
A fixed quote after a free audit. It depends on what the site has to do — a service site, a shop with ordering, a booking site — not on the zip code, and you own the result. The audit comes with a written report whether or not you hire us.
Jacksonville is huge. Can one location rank across the whole city?
In the map pack, no — and nobody can honestly promise it. Google ranks map results mostly by distance from the person searching, and Jacksonville covers more ground than any other city in the continental US. A shop on the Southside will show up for Mandarin and Baymeadows long before it shows up at the Beaches. What reaches further is the website: service pages for the areas you really cover, reviews that name them, and a profile with the right service area set.
A lot of our customers are military families. Does that change anything?
Yes. Families arriving at NAS Jax, Mayport or Kings Bay are new to the area and choose almost entirely from search, maps and reviews — they have no neighbour to ask yet. That makes recent reviews, accurate hours and a profile that answers the obvious questions worth more here than in a town where everyone already knows everyone.
Do you work in St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and Orange Park?
Yes. St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties are part of the same market, and St. Johns is one of the fastest-growing counties in Florida — which means new customers who have never heard of a business that has been there twenty years.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes — English, Spanish and Russian day to day, Italian and French when needed. Jacksonville searches in Spanish less than Miami or Tampa, but where the customers do, a site that exists properly in both languages is indexed for both.
Find out what a new Jacksonville customer sees before they call.
A five-page look at the site, the Google profile, the reviews and how the business shows up in search and AI answers — neighbourhood by neighbourhood. Two days, no sales call, no cost.
