Three counties, one bay, and a lot of water in between.
Tampa Bay is sold as one market and searched as several. Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco each have their own downtowns, and the bridges between them are long enough that Google treats a business in St. Pete and one in Brandon as far apart — because, for a customer at five o'clock, they are. The map pack is ranked mostly by distance. Being first in Tampa does nothing for a search in Clearwater, and an agency that promises otherwise is promising something it does not control.
Two more things make the Bay its own case. A large part of Hillsborough lives and searches in Spanish, from the Cuban roots of Ybor City and West Tampa to the newer neighbourhoods east of I-75, and a site that only exists in English is missing them. And after Helene and Milton in 2024, every owner here knows what a week of closure costs: the businesses that came back fastest were the ones whose hours, notices and messages could be changed in minutes.
We work the Bay from Gainesville, two hours up I-75, and from Doral in Miami-Dade. The clients shown below are in those two places; the Bay is where we are taking the same work next.
Four things, in the order a Tampa Bay business usually needs them.
Local SEO
Showing up in the map pack where your customers actually are — on your side of the bay first, then service pages and reviews for the places a map pin cannot reach.
See the service →Reviews and reputation
Asking for reviews the honest way, replying in the language each one was written in, and knowing what can and cannot be done about an unfair one.
See the service →Websites
Fast on a phone, in English and Spanish, owned by you. Service sites, shops with ordering, booking sites — built so a search engine and an AI assistant can read them.
See the service →Google Business Profile
Categories, service areas, hours that can change in a storm, photos, posts — and the suspensions and duplicate listings that quietly take a business off the map.
See the service →Social media, short-form video, ads and AI search visibility are on the full service list. Contractors and roofers have a page of their own, because storm season changes their calendar most of all.
Three free tools Tampa Bay owners use most.
No sign-up, nothing to install. They are the same checklists we use in an audit; the rest are on the tools page.
Storm closing & reopening kit
Closure notice, Google hours, phone message and reopening post, ready before the warning.
Open the tool →Google review reply generator
A reply to a real review in your voice, in the language it was written in.
Open the tool →Google Business Profile score
A checklist score for the listing most customers see before your website.

Three of our clients, in Miami-Dade and Gainesville. Each is written up on the work page with what was broken and what was done.
Leon Flowers
A Doral florist delivering across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Mobile load cut from 31 seconds to 7.2, the profile renamed so search could find it, daily publishing restarted.

VeraLuxe Diamonds
A store rebuilt from what the search index still remembered, with a configurator and checkout — in the three languages its customers actually buy in.

Jensen's Honey
Site, shop and checkout for a family apiary, found by people searching for raw honey rather than only by people who already know the name.

Further north, our home base is Gainesville; on the Atlantic side we cover Jacksonville.
What Tampa Bay owners ask us.
Do you have an office in Tampa?
No. We work from Gainesville, about two hours up I-75, and from Doral in Miami-Dade. A website, a Google profile and a review system are built remotely in any case, and we come down for the kickoff and for anything that is better done in person — photos, a walk through the shop, a meeting with the staff who answer the phone.
What does a website cost for a Tampa business?
A fixed quote after a free audit, the same as everywhere we work. It depends on whether you need a service site, a shop with ordering or a booking site, not on the zip code. The audit comes with a written report whether or not you hire us.
I am in St. Petersburg. Will I show up for searches in Tampa?
Usually not in the map results, and nobody can promise it. Google ranks the map pack largely by distance from the person searching, and the bay puts real distance between Pinellas and Hillsborough. What does work across the water is the website: service pages written for the places you actually serve, reviews that mention them, and a profile with the right service area. The audit shows where you appear today, point by point across the Bay.
We lost weeks to the 2024 hurricanes. What should we have had ready?
Hours on Google that can be changed in a minute, a closure notice on the site and the profile, a message for the customers who call, and a reopening post that says what is open and what is not. Our free storm kit puts all of that together in one place; it is worth filling in before June rather than during a warning.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes — English, Spanish and Russian day to day, Italian and French when needed. A large share of Hillsborough searches in Spanish, and a site that exists properly in both languages is indexed for both, instead of relying on a translate button that Google does not read.
Which parts of the Bay do you cover?
Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Largo, Dunedin — and Lakeland and Sarasota on the edges. The only requirement is a real address customers can find on a map.
See where you show up across the Bay before you spend a dollar.
A five-page look at the site, the Google profile, the reviews and how the business appears in search and AI answers — including on the other side of the bridge. Two days, no sales call, no cost.
