Boost My Spot, a d/b/a of Emil Fedorenko LLC, operates boostmyspot.com from Doral, Florida. This page says plainly what we collect, what loads in your browser, who else receives it, and how to change your mind. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will answer in plain language.
What you give us directly
When you submit the audit request form or one of the free tools, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, and your website or social handle, along with whatever you tell us about your business. We use it to prepare and send your report and to follow up if we think we can help.
We do not sell this information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists. It is stored with our hosting and email providers and is not passed to anyone else for their own purposes.
What loads in your browser
Until you press Accept all on the cookie notice, this site loads no analytics and no advertising cookies at all \u2014 not a single one. Google Consent Mode is set to denied by default and the Google and Meta scripts are never downloaded. Choosing Necessary only keeps it that way, and so does ignoring the notice entirely: if you never answer it, nothing loads and we count nothing. The only thing Necessary only leaves behind is a note in your own browser saying that you said no.

Google and Meta act as independent controllers of what they receive and may combine it with data they already hold. Their own policies govern that: Google and Meta.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookies link in the footer of any page to reopen the notice and choose again. Your choice is stored in your own browser, so clearing site data resets it and you will be asked afresh.
You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere.
How long we keep things
Contact details are kept for as long as we are working together, or until you ask us to delete them. Measurement data expires on the schedule in the table above. Ask for deletion at any time by writing to hello@boostmyspot.com — we do not require a reason.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of California, and of other states with comparable laws, have those rights by statute and may also direct us not to share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising — declining advertising cookies on this site does exactly that. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful basis is your consent for measurement and advertising, and our legitimate interest in replying to you for the enquiries you send us; you may withdraw consent at any moment without giving a reason.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
