SOCIAL MEDIA

The account you keep meaning to get to, run properly.

Social media management for Florida independents: a rhythm you can actually sustain, captions in the languages your neighbourhood speaks, and replies that get answered the same day. No bought followers, no engagement pods, nothing you would be embarrassed to have explained.

Who this is for

Businesses whose work is worth looking at.

A bakery, a salon, a landscaper, a boutique, a farm, a clinic with a warm waiting room. If what you do photographs — or if your customers choose partly on how a place feels — social is where that feeling gets communicated before anyone walks in. If your work is invisible by nature, your money is better spent elsewhere, and we will tell you that during the audit rather than after the invoice.

What we run

The whole account, not a scheduling tool.

A calendar you do not have to think about

Three to five posts a week per platform, planned a month ahead against your real calendar — the seasons, the slow Tuesdays, the thing you are launching. Rhythm beats volume: a steady two a week reads better to a customer than a burst followed by silence.

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok

Whichever ones your customers actually use — we would rather run two well than five badly. Feed, stories, reels and the parts everybody skips: the bio, the highlights, the pinned posts, the link that goes somewhere useful.

Captions in your customers' languages

English, Spanish and Russian day to day, Italian and French when needed. Written for each language, not translated — the line that works in Spanish is rarely the translated English one, and in Miami people notice which you did.

Video without a shoot day

Vertical video built from your own products and photos: real things you sell, new scenes, no crew and no studio booking. For businesses with nothing usable to start from, that is what our Media Boost add-on exists for.

Replies and messages

Comments and DMs answered the same day, in the language they arrive in, with the questions that need you escalated rather than guessed at. Most lost social leads are not lost to bad content — they are lost to a message nobody opened for a week.

Reporting that is not a vanity dashboard

Reach and saves matter; follower count mostly does not. We report what moved, what flopped and what we are changing because of it — and we would rather show you a post that failed than bury it.

Photos are the usual bottleneck, not captions. If yours are the problem, start with Media Boost — phone photos made worth stopping for, with captions in five languages.

Where this sits

Social does not rank you. It feeds the things that do.

Posting will not move you up the map — anyone selling social as an SEO tactic is stretching. What it does is feed the rest: people who find you on Instagram search your name on Google straight after, an active account makes your Google Business Profile look like a living business, happy customers found here are the ones who leave the reviews that do move the map, and assistants read your social presence as one signal among several when deciding whether to recommend you. The ranking work itself is local SEO. This is the part that gives it something to rank.

How we work

Three stages.

1

Free audit

Your accounts against the competitors your customers also follow: what you post, what actually gets seen, and whether social is your bottleneck at all. Sometimes it is not, and we say so.

2

Set up

Bio, highlights, pinned posts and links fixed; a month of content planned and produced; the voice agreed in each language you need.

3

Every week

Posting on the agreed rhythm, replies handled daily, and a monthly read of what worked — with the plan changed accordingly rather than repeated.

Paid social — Meta and Instagram ads — is a separate service with its own budget and reporting. We run it, but we price and measure it apart rather than folding it in here. See the current offer for how engagements are structured.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Will you buy us followers or engagement?

No. Bought followers are the easiest thing in the world to spot — a local bakery with eleven thousand followers and four likes a post tells every reader exactly what happened. They also poison your reach, because the platform learns that your posts do not interest the people following you. Everything we build is people who could actually walk in.

How often do you post?

Usually three to five times a week per platform, and the rhythm matters more than the number. A month of daily posting followed by three months of silence reads worse to a customer than a steady two a week. We agree the cadence you can sustain, then keep it whether or not anyone remembers.

Who writes the captions, and in what language?

We do — in English, Spanish and Russian day to day, Italian and French when a client needs them. Not the same caption run through a translator: the joke that works in Spanish is rarely the joke that works in English, and a Miami audience notices immediately which one you did.

Do you make the photos and video, or do we?

Either. If you have decent photos, we work with them. If you do not, that is what Media Boost is for — we turn phone photos into images worth stopping for, and build vertical video from your existing product shots without a shoot day. Plenty of clients start there because bad photos, not bad captions, are the real bottleneck.

Do you run the paid ads too?

We do, but that is a separate service with its own budget and its own reporting, and we would rather say so than fold it in here and inflate the scope. This page is the organic side: the account, the content, the replies. If you want Meta ads on top, we run those — priced and measured separately.

Does social media actually help us show up on Google?

Not directly, and anyone selling it as an SEO tactic is stretching. What it does is feed the things that do count: people who find you on Instagram search your name on Google afterwards, photos and posts keep your Google profile looking alive, and AI assistants read your social presence as one signal of a real, active business. It supports the local work rather than replacing it.

What if we already post, just badly and irregularly?

That is the usual starting point and it is easier than starting from nothing — you already have an audience and a voice, they are just being fed at random. We take over the calendar and the production, keep whatever is genuinely yours, and drop the rest.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many platforms, how many posts, whether video is involved and whether photos need making from scratch. We start with a free audit — which for social means an honest look at whether your accounts are your bottleneck at all — and quote from there. Sometimes the answer is that your profile and reviews need the money first, and we will say so.
